STEP 1
Submit a minimum of 4 detailed photos of the shoes you wish to have restored.
STEP 2
Fill out the informed consent wavier/form giving us permission to work on the pair of shoes you are shipping to us.
STEP 3
A review of your shoes will be conducted, per pair. You will then be sent a detailed invoice for the restoration via email.
STEP 4
Once you review your invoice and the deposit has been paid, our services will begin. PLEASE NOTE: You must be payment-ready in order to complete this process. This ensures accountability in payment, as well as our services provided - Please DO NOT ship shoes in their boxes, place shoes in separate shipping box/packages only.
STEP 5
Once our restoration service for your shoes have been completed, you will then be notified, and we will proceed to ship the shoes in their package back to the return address. (Estimated 3-5 business days for arrival at your door!)
