  • How much is this going to cost?
    Submit your detailed photos here, We will then provide you a quote. Payment in full is required to get started. If you are shipping your shoes, you will receive the shipping address once your payment is received. If you are local, we will coordinate the drop-off time and location once payment is received. You will be notified when your restoration service is complete.
  • Do I pay for shipping?
    Kicksession is not responsible for shipping costs.
  • What is the turnaround time for my shoes?
    Please allow 14-21 business days per pair.
  • Do you have a store where I can drop my shoes off at?
    We do not have a physical store location at this time, but once the work is ready to begin we will coordinate the drop-off time and location if you are local.
  • How do I pay?
    Kicksession accepts cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
  • Where are you located?
    Houston, TX and surrounding areas, but we take mail-in orders.
  • How long does my restoration last?
    For as long as you take care of your restored shoes. Kicksession ensures the highest quality of restoration services and products used on your shoes. The longer you take great care of your shoes, the longer the restoration will last. Remember, wear ya kicks! Shoes aren’t meant to sit in a closet, that’s how they get oxidized and faded. You got them restored, wear ‘em!
